Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Order Handling Time:
    1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
    Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers (UPS, DHL, FEDEX).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (MT)

    Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

  • Transit Time:
    6-9 business days, Monday–Friday.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    7-11 business days.

Shipping Costs

All orders within USA qualify for free shipping with no minimum order requirement.

For destinations outside our free shipping zones, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

Maison Clarine remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Its against US consumer law what you have now.

If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at support@maisonclarine.com with your order number and photos.
