30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
Unused
In the same condition as received
Sent back with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation
Our customer support team is available to guide you through every step.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Orders Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@maisonclarine.com
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, you are entitled to either:
-A full refund to your original payment method, or
-A replacement product at no additional cost
Clais for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
If your oder arrives with missing times, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maisonclarine.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the received package.
After verification, we will either:
-Ship the missing item(s) at no additional cost, or
-Offer a partial refund for the missing item(s)
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the Item Is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect
There is no return cost to you if the product:
Was shipped incorrectly
Arrived damaged due to the carrier
Has a manufacturing defect
If You Changed Your Mind
You are responsible for the return shipping cost when:
The wrong item was selected at checkout
The size does not fit
You no longer wish to keep the item
Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Support
Email support@maisonclarine.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.
2. Prepare the Package
Securely repack the item in its original box, including all accessories, tags, and paperwork.
3. Ship the Item
Correct warehouse address will be provided with the return authorization, send the package following the instructions included in your email. You may use the recommended carrier or shipping method provided.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding USA public holidays).
After inspection refunds are issued to your original payment method in US dollar ($).
Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
We accept exchanges
If you prefer a different size, color, or alternative product, contact us at support@maisonclarine.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products may not be returnable due to hygiene or safety standards. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on their respective product pages.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@maisonclarine.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
