Welcome to Maison Clarine LLC. In these Terms of Service, the words “Maison Clarine,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maison Clarine LLC. We operate this online store and website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services (together, the “Services”) to offer you a streamlined shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to make the Services available to you.

3) Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Maison Clarine LLC may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we send confirmation of acceptance and we have received and processed payment.

Please review your order before submitting. After an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You also confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for resale or export.

4) Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price applied to your purchase is the price shown at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Maison Clarine remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered.

All content within the Services—including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and the overall design and arrangement—is owned by Maison Clarine LLC (or its affiliates/licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws in the U.S. and other countries.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or rights to our intellectual property (or Shopify’s or any third party’s) except as expressly stated. Any unauthorized use may violate applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“Maison Clarine” and related names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Maison Clarine LLC or its licensors. Shopify and its branding are trademarks of Shopify. Any other names or marks belong to their respective owners.

7) Optional Tools

The Services may include tools or features provided by third parties. We do not control these tools and do not monitor them.

Third-party tools are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements, and we are not responsible for issues arising from your use of them. Use of these tools is at your own risk, and you should review the third party’s terms before using them.

We may introduce new features or tools in the future, and they will also be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

9) Shopify’s Role

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables the platform functionality. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Maison Clarine LLC—not Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Maison Clarine LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products or services. You agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from purchases made through our store.
